Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Lace Dresses: Due to the delicate nature of lace, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
- Satin Dresses: Satin garments are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired item and size in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
