Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trend Whisper. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of certain materials, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective:

  • Lace Dresses: These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Satin Dresses: Satin garments are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the package to the following address:

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

  • If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired item and size in your initial email.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.
