Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trend Whisper. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information carefully:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate nature of certain materials, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective:
- Lace Dresses: These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Satin Dresses: Satin garments are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
- If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired item and size in your initial email.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.
